Indonesian villagers cut out python's stomach to remove body of their missing friend (Graphic photos)

Indonesian villagers feared the worst after their friend went missing on Sunday and where they found him was horrifying.

The lifeless body of 25-year-old Akbar Salubiro, was found inside the stomach of a 7m-long python, who had swallowed him whole. According to reports, the deceased was said to have gone to harvest palm oil, but never returned home.

Concerned friends and family who went in search of him saw the giant python in Salubiro’s backyard the next evening and feared he had been suffocated and swallowed. One friend who then used an 18-inch knife to cut the snake open found Salubiro’s body swallowed whole.

'Four more years'- Arsene Wenger hints at staying at Arsenal despite fans disgust and anger

Arsenal suffered a humiliating 5-1 defeat at Bayern Munich last week upping the pressure from fans of the club, for manager, Arsene Wenger to retire after over 20 years at the club.

But Wenger despite growing calls from top sports analysts and stakeholders to retire, says he doesn't feel like retiring as he is only 67 and Man U manager, Sir Alex Ferguson retired at the age of 71, a statement that'll surely rile Arsenal fans.

"Ferguson has some other interests in life and he was older [when he retired] than I am today," Wenger told reporters.
"He was four years older. He retired at 71 and I’m 67."

When asked if he planned to coach Arsenal for four more years to match his old rival, he replied:

"Maybe more, maybe less, I don’t know. Everybody is different. I do not want to take anything away from Ferguson, he was an absolutely unbelievable manager, but he had enough. He had enough. And I’m not at that stage."

"No, it’s not a threat, not at all," he added. "My preference is always to manage Arsenal and I have shown that."I am adult enough to analyse the situation (poor results)," he said.

Arsene Wenger started coaching Arsenal in 1996, but the last decade has seen Arsenal being branded a top four club, with major honors such as the premier league and champions league eluding them, and despite the millions being made by the club from player sales, ticketing and champions league revenue, fans still have to make do with trophies like the F.A cup once in a while.

My country has betrayed me yet i have fought many extremists in Syria and Iraq, it now treats me like a terrorist, says Joanna Palani

Joanna Palani, 22, fought extremists in Syria and Iraq but says she is shunned after returning home to Copenhagen.

A Danish student who gave up her studies to fight ISIS believes she has a $1million bounty on her head but claims she is being treated as "a terrorist" back home.

Joanna Palani, 22, claims to have killed 100 militants during battles in Iraq and Syria as a crackshot sniper.

She also says she freed a group of women and children being held as sex slaves by ISIS and then taught them how to become soldiers and fight back.

Palani is of Iranian-Kurdish ancestry and her father and grandfather were both Peshmerga fighters.

She was born in a UN refugee camp before moving to Copenhagen as a toddler and learned to fire a gun at nine-years-old.

But she says life has been a struggle since she returned home from her heroics.

She said: "I was willing to give up my life and my freedom to stop ISIS advancing, so that everyone in Europe can be safe.
"This was my choice.

"But I am seen as a terrorist by my own country."

Joanna added: "I live in one of the best countries in the world but I am hungry and homeless and freezing cold in bed at night, even though I am working full time. I don't trust anyone."

Speaking about her battles with ISIS, the former student had boasted of her success.

"ISIS fighters are very easy to kill," she previously told Vice .

"ISIS fighters are very good at sacrificing their own lives, but Assad's soldiers are very well-trained and they are specialist killing machines."

Being in the gospel industry, DJ Mo’s love for Size 8 had to wait as they had to figure out how they were going to make it public with all the criticism, thus having a hushed wedding. Exposed: Principal Mumbi Girls Muranga denies a needy student form one chance...And the student had admission letter, parents are pleading for help

IN PICTURE: Alice (centre) with her parents.

A facebook user Flonniz W Flozy, took to social media to highlight the desperate experience this girl and her parents have gone through at the hands of "Mighty" principal of Mumbi Girls Secondary School Murang'a. As if we don't have Matiang'i to descend on this principal.

Flonniz W Flozy posted:
Good afternoon Madam PRINCIPAL Mrs Wambugu, I believe you are well together with Mumbi Girls fraternity.

I wish to request your response on a matter that has been disturbing since it was brought to my attention.

It's a story of Alice, a girl who completed class 8 in 2016 at a primary school in Gachie- Kiambu County.

Alice was excited to receive an invitation to join your school for secondary education. Her parents too. But the family is from a humble dwelling.

Concerned that it would take time before they raise required amount of school fees, her father visited your school on 7th January to request more time as the family mobilised funds from friends. He wanted reservation of the vacancy until 18th January.

When Baba Alice came to school you were not in. But he managed to talk to your deputy, Mrs. Kihonge. After putting across his prayers, your Deputy asked for the girl's name and father's mobile number. She noted them down and asked him to go ahead with his plans.

The deadline for form one admission was 16th January. On the very day, Baba Alice visited the school and paid schoolfees. He however could not bring the girl to school because she required to buy a few more items as required by the school.

On 17th January early morning, Alice accompanied by her father and mother reported to school. They carried with them a big metal box and a bucket and other items.

As they waited to be served, another girl accompanied by her parents walked in. They too were reporting for school.
Madam Principal, something didn't go right and this is why I'm writing to you begging for answers.

Together with your Deputy you invited Alice and her parents to your office. You asked for all documents pertaining admission including fee payment receipts. You retained the receipts and returned the rest to them.

Madam Principal you summoned the school bursar and ordered him to refund all the money paid by Baba Alice. You also told them there was no vacancy and they should try their luck elsewhere.

Not sure of what to do, the family walked back home hoping for a miracle. Meanwhile the other waiting girl was ushered in and showed where to get her uniform ready for class. At least for her the vacancy was still there.

Mrs. Wambugu, I called your office anonymously last week. I wanted to know if there's a vacancy. I was told there is. I therefore concluded something didn't go right between young Alice and your office.
Madam Principal, what did they do wrong?

This Sunday afternoon Alice is at Gachie - Kihara Division in Kiambu County hoping an opportunity will open somewhere. She believes it will happen.

But before putting this letter I called your Deputy, Mrs.Kihonge. She literally couldn't tell what happened with the case but asked if I could call after 20 minutes so she could consult you. She said you were both in the school vicinity. She hasn't been picking my calls since then.
Allow me to put a few questions if you could respond Madam.

1. When Baba Alice realized he needed time to raise schoolfees, he visited the school all the way from Kiambu County to your school in Muranga County on 7th. He got a commitment from your Deputy to be in school by 18th. He however paid schoolfees on 16th , two days ahead of what he had requested. He later brought his daughter to school on 17th.

What else did you require to know that this girl and her parents were committed in pursuing education at your school that the reservation had to be taken by somebody else?

2. When you informed her (Alice) the vacancy had filled up, where did you get one for the other girl who paid her school fees on 17th and what guided you in choosing who to give consideration?

3. When I called earlier this week (our conversation is recorded), I was asked to visit the school we talk. What is this talk that you couldn't grant Alice' parents. Is it anything more than schoolfees?

4. How do you feel as a parent when someone's child who was rightly and on merit invited to join your school but is at this time at home not sure of what next?

5. Is my vacancy still available so I can donate it to Alice?
Please respond to me.

With kind regards,
NDUNGU NYORO- Public Noisemaker.
…………………………………………………….………
If anyone reads this letter, kindly help me reach MADAM PRINCIPAL by SHARING it.

Weird Facts about V@gina, you probably didn’t ever know..OMG!

The v@gina is one of the most important female organs, mainly due to its sexual functions and its role in childbirth. But many people do not know much about the v@gina, and it remains a mystery that fascinates women as well as men equally.

The v@gina is intriguing and there are many crucial facts about your vagina that you may not even be aware of.

It Can Expand Greatly
On average, a woman’s vagina is about 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep. However, it is not rigid. In fact, it can expand by up to 200 percent in size. Inside the vagina is a series of ridges produced by folds of the vagina that allow it to extend and stretch.

It’s Self-Cleaning
The vagina is basically a self-cleaning organ. It is lined by a variety of glands that produce fluids needed to both lubricate and cleanse the vaginal area. The fluids help flush out bad bacteria and maintain a healthy pH level.

Age Affects the V@gina
Age can affect the appearance of your vagina, just like it does to your face, breasts and bottom. With advancing age, breasts can get saggy. Somewhat similarly, pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, genetics and years of gravity can weaken the supports of the female genital tract, which in turn causes sagging.

It’s Impossible to Lose Something in the V@gina
Many women are afraid that hygienic products, such as a tampon, can get lost in their vagina. There is no truth to it, as you simply can’t lose something in your vagina. At the inner end, the vagina is bound by the cervix as well as its own tissue. In simple terms, this female body part is not connected to another area of your body.

Gambian President Adama Barrow Lands In Gambia Amid Tight Security

Gambia's President Adama Barrow has finally returned home Thursday, to solidify his position as the country's first new commander in chief in two decades after a political crisis that sent the previous ruler into exile. Gambians eagerly awaited Barrow at the airport in Banjul amid tight security. Barrow defeated Jammeh in December elections, but the veteran leader did not want to cede power.

Barrow was sworn into office on Jan. 19 at the Gambian Embassy in neighboring Senegal because of security threats as Jammeh clung to power.

Jammeh finally left Gambia last weekend, bowing to international pressure that included a regional military force, ending a more than 22-year rule. The West African troops were poised to oust Jammeh if diplomatic talks failed.

There are currently 2,500 of the ECOWAS troops still in Gambia — in the capital, Banjul, as well as at key crossing points between Gambia and Senegal and at the port and airport, according to Sweden's U.N. Ambassador Olof Skoog, the current U.N. Security Council president. More photos after the cut...

Trusting in God means letting go of what we want, says Pope

On Wednesday Pope Francis said having total faith and trust in God means recognizing that he always knows and wants what is best for us, even if it’s hard to accept because it doesn’t align with our own plans.

Wednesday, Pope Francis talked about what it means to have total faith and trust in God, acknowledging that he knows what is best, and always wants what is best for us, even if it is often difficult to accept.

“Trusting in God means to enter into his designs without demanding anything, even accepting that his salvation and his help should come to us in a different way from our expectations,” he said Jan. 25.

The Pope’s catechesis for the general audience in the Pope Paul VI hall centered on the story of Judith in the Old Testament, a woman who was “a great heroine,” he said, and an excellent example of the virtues of faith, hope and trust.

In the story, Nebuchadnezzar's army, under the leadership of General Holofernes, is laying siege to a city in Judea, cutting off the water supply and thus “sapping the resistance of the population,” the Pope said.

“The situation is dramatic,” to the point that the people in the town are giving up, wanting to surrender to the enemy, he said. Faced with such despair, a leader of the people suggests that they wait only five more days. If God has not saved them by then, they will surrender.

But then Judith comes onto the scene, “a woman of great beauty and wisdom, she speaks to the people with the language of faith,” Francis said.

“You want to test the Lord Almighty,” the Pope said, quoting the words of Judith, who cautioned the people not to “provoke the wrath of the Lord, our God.” The Lord, she said, “has full power to defend us in the days he wants or even to destroy us by our enemies.”

Referencing the passage, Pope Francis told pilgrims that “we never put conditions on God and give up...instead hope conquers our fears.”

“He is a Father, he can save us,” he said. In this way, “a woman full of faith and courage gives new strength to his people in mortal danger and leads them on the path of hope, revealing this also to us.”

Judith shows us the path to trust, to “wait in peace, prayer and obedience,” Francis said, noting that this sort of resignation is not easy. We must do everything in our power, but “always remaining in the furrow of the Lord’s will.”

In off-the-cuff comments, the Pope said Judith was brave to trust in God as she did, adding that “this is my opinion: women are more courageous than men.”
We can and should ask the Lord for life, health, happiness, he said, but always “in the awareness that God is able to bring life even from death” and that we can experience “peace even in disease, serenity even in solitude, (and) bliss even in tears.”

“We are not the ones who can teach God what to do, what we need,” he said. “He knows better than we do, and we have to trust, because his ways and his thoughts are different from ours.”

Make Your Butt Bigger in 2-to-4 Weeks

Many people who choose to diet in order to decrease their body shape or size. But some choose to exercise to grow certain areas, including their butt. In fact, there are foods that make your butt grow, and many people – especially women – choose to include these foods in their diet, along with exercise, in order to get a bigger rear. These foods are a great start in reaching your goals of a curvier body.

Foods that Make Your Butt Grow
It can be easy to forget that your butt is actually made of powerful muscles. In order to help muscles grow, you need the right diet and exercise. Have a look at these foods and put them into your diet plan.

1. Mixed Nuts
Nuts such as cashews, peanuts and almonds can pack as much as 135 calories per ounce. They give you a big dose of protein and healthy fats which can help increase the size of your rear.

2. Whole Wheat
Anything made of whole wheat is known for keeping you full longer, being healthier for your heart and the rest of your body, and adding on calories that actually work for you instead of being turned into sugars and fat, like most white flour products do.

3. Tuna
This is loaded with protein and healthy fats and at 200 calories a serving. You can have plenty of it and still stay on a great diet. In fact, tuna should be a staple of any diet, whether you want to increase your butt or not.

4. Sweet Potatoes
Avoid rice or any dishes that are made with white flour, as they take longer to break down and end up being stored as fat. But sweet potatoes are known for ridding your stomach of fat. With the right exercises, you can deposit that extra weight.

5. Quinoa
These healthy grains are on a par with whole wheat. Among foods that make your butt grow, quinoa is a newcomer, but it makes a lot of sense, especially if you add it to sides that are very fresh.

6. Lean Beef
If you are trying to build muscle – like those in your butt – lean beef is awesome. Three ounces contains about 154 calories, as well as a boatload of vitamins and minerals that your entire body will use. Higher levels of protein, as well as amino acids, can also help promote the growth of muscles – especially in conjunction with the right exercise.

7. Eggs
Again, here’s a ton of protein, ready to make its way to your trunk! Remember to keep the servings to only two per day, since you don’t want to push up your cholesterol while you are busy building those butt muscles.

8. Veggies
As with any diet, these are essential for good health. They will benefit your whole body, not just your booty. Look for leafy green vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, berries and the like.

A Sample Diet Plan for Bigger Butt
When building your butt, look to eat six meals per day. Each one of them should focus on foods that make your butt grow. Here is a good sample menu that incorporates these foods.

Breakfast : Two egg whites, a slice of whole wheat bread, and a piece of fresh fruit.

Snack : Yogurt and berries, or a small plate of veggies.

Lunch : One chicken breast on top of a salad of leafy greens, with cucumbers and tomato salad as a side.

Snack : Peanut butter or a slim piece of tuna on whole wheat bread.

Dinner: A piece of lean beef steak, a side of veggies and whole wheat bread.
Snack : A protein shake or a handful of berries and nuts.

How to tighten loose and sagging breasts for good

Do you want to tighten loose and sagging breasts for good?

Today we give you a home remedy that will help you achieve it at home easily.

Ice Massage:
Ice massage is also considered very effective to regain firmness in sagging breasts and uplift them. The cold temperature will cause the tissue to contract, in turn making the breasts appear firmer and more lifted.

Take 2 ice cubes and massage them in circular motions around each of your breasts for 1 minute only.

Dry the breasts with a soft towel and immediately put on a proper fitting bra.
Stay in a reclining position for 30 minutes.

Do this at regular intervals throughout the day.

Note: Do not expose your breasts to ice for more than 1 minute at a time as it can cause numbness.

Olive Oil:
Massaging your breasts with olive oil is an excellent technique to firm sagging breasts. Olive oil is a rich source of antioxidants and fatty acids that can reverse the damage caused by free radicals and prevent sagging breasts. Plus, it will help improve the skin tone and texture.

Put some olive oil onto your palms and rub them together to generate heat.
Rub your palms over your breasts in an upward motion.

Massage gently for about 15 minutes to increase blood flow and stimulate cell repair.

Follow this remedy at least 4 or 5 times per week.

You can also use almond, argan, avocado or jojoba oil to massage your breasts.

Cucumber and Egg Yolk:
Another excellent remedy for lifting the breasts is a mask prepared from cucumber and egg yolk. Cucumber has natural skin-toning properties and egg yolk has high levels of protein and vitamins that can help treat sagging breasts.

Puree 1 small cucumber in a blender.
Mix in 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of butter or cream to get a paste.
Apply it onto your breasts and leave it on for about 30 minutes.
Wash it off thoroughly with cold water.
Use this mask once a week to firm and strengthen the breast tissues.

Egg White:
Egg white is also good for sagging breasts due to its astringent and skin-nourishing properties. The hydro lipids present in egg white helps lift loose skin around your breasts.
Beat 1 egg white until you get a foamy texture. Apply this onto your breasts and allow it to sit for 30 minutes. Wash it off with cucumber or onion juice and then with cold water.

You can also prepare a breast mask by mixing 1 egg white with 1 tablespoon each of plain yogurt and honey. Apply it onto your breasts and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.
Follow either of these remedies once a week to enjoy firm breasts.

Barack Obama’s final, defiant act before leaving the White House

IN THE final hours of the Obama administration officials say the government defied Republican opposition and quietly released hundreds of millions of dollars to fund controversial programs.

The money was being blocked by GOP members of Congress, but about $291 million was finally released to the Palestinian Authority on Friday, along with other funds for climate change programs and UN organisations.

A State Department official and several congressional aides said the outgoing administration formally notified Congress it would spend the money Friday morning.

The official said former Secretary of State John Kerry had informed some politicians of the move shortly before he left the State Department for the last time Thursday.

The aides said written notification dated January 20 was sent to Congress just hours before Donald Trump took the oath of office.

In addition to the $291 million for the Palestinians, the Obama administration also told Congress on Friday it was going ahead with the release of another $7.8 million in foreign affairs spending, including $5.2 million for climate change programs and $1.6 million for UN organisations, the congressional aides said.

The aides and the State Department official weren’t authorised to speak publicly on the matter and demanded anonymity.

Congress had initially approved the Palestinian funding in budget years 2015 and 2016, but at least two GOP politicians — Ed Royce of California, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Kay Granger of Texas, who sits on the House Appropriations Committee — had placed holds on it over moves the Palestinian Authority had taken to seek membership in international organisations.

Congressional holds are generally respected by the executive branch but are not legally binding after funds have been allocated.

The Obama administration had for some time been pressing for the release of the money for the Palestinian Authority, which comes from the US Agency for International Development and is to be used for humanitarian aid in the West Bank and Gaza, to support political and security reforms as well as help prepare for good governance and the rule of law in a future Palestinian state, according to the notification sent to Congress.

The $1.6 million for UN agencies is to be used as voluntary contributions to the UN Peacebuilding Fund; the UN Special Coordinator on improving the UN response to sexual exploitation and abuse; the Montreal Protocol Secretariat, which oversees the protection of the ozone layer; the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights; and the UN System Staff College.

The $5.2 million for climate programs includes assistance for clean energy, sustainable landscapes, cutting greenhouse gas emissions and creating a climate technology centre.

The last-minute allocation also contained $1.38 million ($US1.05 million) in funding for the State Department’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan office and the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs.

The Palestinian funding is likely to draw anger from some in Congress as well as the Trump White House.

Trump has vowed to be a strong supporter of Israel and has invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to visit Washington next month.

He has also pledged to move the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, although White House spokesman Sean Spicer said Monday a final decision on that had yet to be made. Despite speculation in Israel that an announcement of the move is imminent, Spicer said the decision-making process is only in its very early stages.

“If it was already a decision, then we wouldn’t be going through a process,” Spicer told reporters.

CONFIRMED: Arsene Wenger charged with misconduct by Football Association for actions shown during Arsenal's win over Burnley

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been hit with a misconduct charge from the Football Association following two altercations with fourth official Anthony Taylor during Sunday's win over
Burnley.

The Frenchman was sent from his technical area by referee Jon Moss for contesting the award of a stoppage-time penalty to the Clarets, having allegedly aimed verbal abuse at Taylor.

Wenger then attempted to watch the remainder of the game from inside the tunnel and was shown by television cameras pushing Taylor when being told he had to retreat.

Arsenal would go on to win the game 2-1 as Alexis Sanchez converted an even-later penalty after Andre Gray's spot-kick had cancelled out Shkodran Mustafi's opener.

Wenger apologised for his behaviour after the game but the FA confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that he has since been charged.

"Arsene Wenger has been charged for misconduct following Arsenal's game against Burnley on Sunday (22 January 2017)," a statement on the FA website read.

"It is alleged that in or around the 92nd minute, he used abusive and/or insulting words towards the fourth official.

"It is further alleged that following his dismissal from the technical area, his behaviour in remaining in the tunnel area and making physical contact with the fourth official amounted to improper conduct.

"He has until 6pm on 26 January 2017 to respond to the charge."
