Elena Ora, 27, became the star's manager when she was just 18-years-old, and has pushed her younger sister to global stardom.

Almost 10 years later, and she is still not only Rita's number one, but now she's also the creative director of brands Red Ora and Ora LTD.

The gorgeous businesswoman regularly shares snaps with her sister on Instagram, and she's also picked up Rita's fondness for a racy selfie.

Speaking recently, she said of her work with Rita: “It’s harder as it’s not just a job and it’s difficult for people to understand that.

"This is my life, passion and work and the legacy we want to leave together," she told Suitcase Magazine .
