With three children, it's hard to understand how Kourtney Kardashian found the time to get into the best shape of her life.
But the 37-year-old doesn't even get into the shower until she's done 100 squats, she now reveals.
Speaking
to presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning,
the eldest of the Kardashian sisters revealed the secrets to her
six-day-a-week regime.
Kourtney went on to say: 'I try to work out six days a week, I love to switch it up, having a workout partner motivates me.
'I usually work out with [my sister] Khloe and we have two trainers who we alternate between.
'We eat gluten free and dairy free in my house, try to eat as little processed food as possible.'
'I love to share whatever things I’m into. I was at [my sister] Kim’s the other day looking through her freezer and said I can’t believe you have this or that and she was like you’re right and changed a bunch of her things to organic. I’m a food snob.'
In May, Kourtney revealed that she was 45lbs lighter after committing to an organic diet.
By
the same time the previous year, she had already returned to a
super-slender 116 pounds, four months after giving birth to her third
