Body of the missing Laikipia University 3rd year student found

The body of the 3rd year student was discovered by a security guard who, with the help of other students, had broken into his room after his father reported that he had been unable to reach him by phone since Saturday.

Nyandarua North OCPD Timon Odingo confirmed several malaria tablets were found on a stool next to the student's bed, suggesting that he could have died from a serious bout of malaria.
His body was taken to the Nyahururu District Hospital mortuary as investigations into his death began.
