Britney Spears keeps fans awake as she releases new single Slumber Party at midnight

Britney Spears is set to release her latest single, Slumber Party, at midnight on Tuesday.

While the 34-year-old's album Glory has been a little slow on achieving hit status compared to her other massive releases, the singer is hoping the track, which features Tinashe, will get her back on track.

Britney announced her single was coming on Tuesday by posting a still from the upcoming video.

In the picture the star is stepping out of a vintage limo in a daring red dress and fur coat.

The Womanizer songstress said:

 'Slumber Party ft. @tinashenow coming at midnight ET TONIGHT.'

While fans have just a few more hours to wait until they get to hear the single in full, they will have to wait until Friday to see the video clip for the song.

If Britney's glamorous but sexy red fur look, and the fact the song features sizzling RnB star Tinashe, is anything to go by fans are in for a treat. 

Fans got their first taste of the sexy sing this week when Britney used a snippet as the soundtrack to hers and her dancers' attempt at doing the mannequin challenge.
