Khloe Kardashian 'confirms' romance with Tristan Thompson as they share passionate kiss

The reality star has reportedly been dating the NBA pro for longer than people think.

Khloe Kardashian appears to have confirmed her relationship with Tristan Thompson.

The 32-year-old was caught in a steamy embrace with a hunky man, who looked strikingly similar to the Cleveland Cavaliers star, during a night out recently.

A pal caught the pair kissing on his camera phone while he was making a Snapchat video.

In the clip, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star lovingly places her hands on either side of her companion's face, as she leans in planting a number of kisses on his lips.

Unable to wipe the smile off her face, Khloe looked completely smitten with her man.

According to In Touch magazine, the couple have actually "been secretly dating for a while," despite being first linked at the start of this month.
A source told the publication that the pair are "getting serious" and Khloe is even looking for a new home "with the intention of living there with Tristan."

Earlier this week, the gym-bunny was pictured with a 'love bite' on her neck as she joked around in a Snapchat video with niece Penelope and nephew Mason.

And on Monday, Khloe dropped even more hints that she is dating the pro athlete as they were caught on camera sharing a cheeky kiss during a Drake concert.

The reality star and younger sister of Kim Kardashian appeared smitten as she slowly danced with her taller man, packing on the PDA throughout the show.

As they swayed in each other's arms, Khloe slowly looked up the star, before he appeared to lean down and kiss her.
