Popular Citizen radio presenter Waweru Mburu has passed on on Wednesday after battling gastric cancer for quite sometime now.
The has had his last breath at MP Shah hospital Nairobi.
Waweru Mburu was popularly known for "Yaliyotendeka program." Through this he fell in love with all Kenyans because he criticized ills in the country.
The fallen hero was ambitious for he was going to vie for Maragwa Constituency MP seat under Jubilee party In 2017.
The Royal media services and the media fraternity could not come to terms with this sudden departure of their hero and mentor.
In a span of 2 years, his untimely death brings the total number of Royal media services personel who have passed on. 1. Kevin Rost of Tahidi High -Asthma (2015)
