We are looking for self-driven individuals to fill the position below:
Retail Sales Representative (Laikipia East, Meru, Kilifi and Makueni )
Duties and Responsibilities
- To conduct regular field sales visits to customers
- To sell to farmers our Agriculture business solutions and products to meet their technological needs
- To participate in product installation & user training
- To solicit customers
- Offer crop support/ agronomy support to customers where needed
- Conduct educational / promotional presentations; prepare demonstration plots, tours and farmer meetings as needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years work experience in retail sales
- Exposure and experience in Agri business will be an added advantage
- Diploma or University Degree in Agricultural Engineering
- Valid Driver’s License
- Should be a resident of one of the above territory and should be conversant with the terrain
